Question: What can be done about lost passwords?

 

Answer: If a staff member cannot remember a password, or if a former staff member left the program without notifying the Administrator of their account's password, the Administrator can always change the password for any account in the program from the profile screen. Administrators will never be able to see a user's current password; they can only assign a new one.

 

Any user can also have their password reset automatically by following the Forgot your password? link on the login page. After the user enters their username and email address, crccp.org will send the user computer-generated password via email.

 

If the password for the Administrator account has been lost, contact support@crccp.org for assistance.

 

 

Question: I am having problems trying to view or print PDFs using Adobe Acrobat reader. What can I do?

 

Answer: Consider upgrading your copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to the latest version. The crccp.org staff have found that this version solves most known problems with the site. If you continue having problems, email support@crccp.org.
